Uasys
The assistant that answers on a website from a table of replies written and approved by the company. It never calls a language model, so it cannot invent anything about you: it says what is written or says it does not know. It speaks, it listens, and it works in three languages.

The same five questions answered for the fourth time this week. And the ones that arrive at night and sit unanswered until Monday.
And the reasonable fear of putting a chat on your site that talks about your company without you knowing what it will say. That fear is the one it settles by construction: there is no model behind it, so there is nothing that could invent a case, a client or a figure.
You write a table with the questions people actually ask and the answer you want to give to each, in whatever languages you need. The assistant searches that table and offers what it understood. When nothing comes close, it says so and points to the contact form.
You are using it. This assistant is Uasys, on this site and in three languages.
